I invite you to a dance class at sunset by the sea, and then to swim in the nearby bay. No special preparation is needed. We enjoy the beauty around us, the music, we engage our bodies and enjoy ourselves and nature. We practice at one of the most beautiful sunset spots in Kaş with a view of the sea and the neighboring Greek island.
What's included
- ✓We start with a full-body warm-up, smoothly transition to learning dance movements, and gradually connect them into a small dance sequence. We record the dance on the phone and finish with a cool-down involving breathing and stretching. Level doesn't matter. The foundation includes styles such as afro, dancehall, vogue.
Requirements
You will need comfortable clothing and shoes, preferably sneakers, water, and sunglasses. We will be training outdoors by the sea — this is my concept. After class, you can swim in the wild cove nearby — bring your swimsuit, towel, and something to change into.
